Since my new found career passion is in network marketing I have been training myself on how to be more consistent. The days I'm not consistent I feel the potential damage it does to my business and what I am trying to achieve. You want to keep your self motivated, your momentum up, and your focus on target. Allowing these things to falter you just might find yourself in a rut that you truly don't want to get yourself into because once there it is extremely hard sometimes to get yourself out. No one wants to start over, especially after all the hard work we have done. You hear me say knowledge is power and the key to your success. Another key to your success is forming the habit in being consistent.
So where do we start with being consistent and creating a call to action - well lets be sure and understand what these two terms mean first.
The definition of consistent: (of a person, behavior, or process) unchanging in achievement or effect over a period of time.
A CTA (call to action) is a marketing term. Wiki says: a call to action is an instruction to the audience to provoke an immediate response, usually using an imperative verb such as "call now to find out more" or "visit a store today"
So the first thing I suggest when it comes to being consistent is creating a weekly schedule. Consider your time and what you have to offer your business each day. You will want to schedule your call to action for at least one of these days. If you have eight hrs a day to spend on your business spend the eight hours truly focused on your business. If you only have two hours of spare time in a day then schedule those two hours to spend on your business. If you want to be a top earner, you will know how much time you will need to devote, you need to be realistic about the efforts you put into your business. Be consistent, be productive and you will see your efforts flourish into something truly beautiful and amazing.
"The more time you devote to planting your seeds, the more beauty you will see bloom ."
Here's an example of a weekly schedule.

Here's an example of a weekly schedule.
- Monday
- Answer all questions you find in your message box and or email. You will pretty much want to make this a standard priority each day/morning.
- Dedicate one to two hrs to Facebook Business page and schedule all your posts for the entire week. Rule of thumb is three to four posts each day. Be sure to uniform your week days, for example the posts that you need to post on Thursdays should be your "prime time" posts. These posts should be those you created for your CTA post which focuses on a special product, a sale, a product bundle that you create. Build SOMETHING creative which will lead you into your Friday's money maker posts, because remember Fridays are paydays!
- Next spend another 30 to 45 mins or so, posting inspirational messages to your personal FB profile and on all other medias. (Twitter, Instagram, Google plus etc) It will take more time if you do not have all these medias established yet. If you don't have accts for these social medias, create some!
- Spend about 30 to 40 mins filling up your calender for the following week. Book parties, meet with contacts, schedule a phone meeting or skype meeting, schedule your deliveries and so on.
- Tuesday
- Answer all questions you find in your message box and or email.
- Search Facebook, the groups your in, the pages you hang out on and find your audience. Talk about yourself and your business, find new friends/fans, new prospects, be a social butterfly today. Post networking posts, posts that encourage people to share your page.
- This one is from Haley's 100 No's! Choose five to ten people that would NEVER consider joining your Younique team. Here is an example of a script you might consider... "Hello Mary, I know you've seen all my posts about Younique. I know you are going to think I'm CRAZY for asking, but you have such an amazing network and people are drawn to your personality, I know that you would be successful, have you considered starting your own Younique business?" Listen to Cara Cloyd - It is the thee C's - Crazy, Compliment, Confident. Do this each week and just imagine the growth you may achieve!
- Wednesday
- Answer all questions you find in your message box and or email.
- Lets also make this a call to action (CTA) day. Create a call to action graphics, a Facebook cover banner for next months sale, prepare a sale item or special for your upcoming virtual party, create next weeks "onsale now" posts. A great day to find your inner picmonkey. Check out RedBull's call to action graphic! This is a great example.
- Thursday
- Answer all questions you find in your message box and or email.
- Another day for the opportunity to be a social butterfly, but this time with research. Get involved with your friends, fans and team members. Spend two hours or so creating a yearly schedule with special dates, ask for birth dates, wedding anniversaries, document your team member's "Younique start date "anniversary dates etc. Be engaged, build your relationships with these people.
- Research other pages, what are they doing that's working for their business? Incorporate the lessons you have learned into your business.
- Invest time in learning about your analytics, study your Facebook posts, see which posts worked and what didn't work. Evaluate what hours in the day your fans visit you the most. See any changes, when it comes time on Monday to schedule your weekly business posts be sure to reschedule them to when your fans are watching.
- Friday
- Answer all questions you find in your message box and or email.
- Friday is payday, follow up with those who have considered purchasing an item.
- Follow up on the things you missed during the week.
- Take a client out for a cup of coffee.
- Make your deliveries.
- Saturday
- Let's focus on family today.
- Sunday
- Sunday, spend your morning with your family.
- In the afternoon schedule about two hours and find new pages in your local area that you have not "liked", add them to your local list.
- LIKE all of the pages you find and then introduce yourself. Inquire in their business or activities. Start a new relationship in which you can build on.
- Spend about 30 mins preparing for your Monday.
Now remember this is just an example - as you can see this schedule is based mainly around social media and you will need to adjust your time as you see fits your lifestyle as well as your family needs. Creating a schedule a "map" if you will, will help keep you on track and focused during the week. Do this for 30 days and you will have created a habit of being consistent and you will defiantly see the changes in your business once you have a routine built into your system.
